Welcome to New Era University Property Office . We will ensure at all times that all departments receive supplies, services and equipment quality in a timely manner. We also maintain an inventory of all campus equipment, repair and maintain school equipments, provide quality replacement efforts and serve as a liaison to the other three NEU branches / campuses.

New Era University Property Office staff can assist you with all inventory functions. The property Office maintains a list of available and wanted equipment. Much as we want to assist . You may contact us for assistance.

Much as we want to assist the University community in attainment of NEU's institutional goals, it is the responsibility of all members of the faculty and administration to help ensure the proper use, care, maintenance and safekeeping of all School property under the control of their respective units.
