The New Era University – College of Law (NEU LAW) is pleased to present the July 2021 (Vol. 1) Special Online Feature of the New Era Law Review. This publication is available for viewing on this page below.

This edition is a compendium of writings from the 2021 Academic Legal Writing and Research Online Conference and an article from the 3rd International Conference on Law and Justice (ICLJ 2019) presented at the University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This law review is written by law students and a law professor with an array of topics, from the current legal issues, jurisprudence analysis, the practice of law and the legal profession, as well as, the substantive and procedural law reforms.

The New Era Law Review is accepting scholarly works and writings for publication from members of the legal profession and law students on any relevant topic in law based on any of the following strands:

(1) Current Legal Issues,
(2) Law and Technology,
(3) Law in Other Fields,
(4) International and Comparative Law,
(5) Substantive and Procedural Law Reforms,
(6) Jurisprudence Analysis,
(7) Law, Ethics and Philosophy, and
(8) Law Practice and Legal Profession.
