Pursuant to Supreme Court Bar Matter No. 1161 (RE: Proposed Reforms in the Bar Examinations), a bar candidate, after failing three to five (or more) times, is qualified to take the Bar Examinations, provided, among others, that he/she successfully completes a one (1) year Refresher Course, under a curriculum prepared by the Legal Education Board (LEB), and in a law school accredited by it for that purpose.
New Era University-College of Law has been granted Authority to Offer Refresher Course in Academic Year 2022-2023 with Permit No. 22-3013

Should there be requirement/s that are not yet available, please (1) indicate in your e-mail the requirement/s that are lacking, (2) execute an undertaking (download form here) to submit said requirement/s once you received your endorsement for admission, and (3) attach your accomplished undertaking in your email, for your application to be processed, pending submission of complete requirements. |
III. EVALUATION & ENDORSEMENT

The Dean’s Office will verify the submitted requirements and will issue an Endorsement Letter for Admission. The applicant will be informed via text and/or e-mail of the next procedure. |
